It's exactly what we had in mind.

The place was great, with its welcoming staff from check-in to check-out.

The facility and location were exactly what we needed for a one night stay

We booked a suite with a Queen bed and found that we only had a full bed, no way the bed was a queen

The staff were very pleasant. The rooms were clean and spacious. The internal decoration was very pleasant.

The room was not cleaned after the first before I returned. The staff were very nice, explaining it was due to my slow departure from the room that day, they offered to send housekeeping over. Overlooking this was sloppy for a Hilton chain. Again, for a Hilton chain the breakfast was tolerable. I would class it as an Ibis/Etap quality hotel breakfast in Europe.

I love the decor it made me feel at home away from home and I love the quietness.....

I would have liked an oven but that's just me its not that important

It was snowing for hours and yet the driveway was not plowed. I almost did not make it to their property. It was very unnerving.

This is a family-friendly reasonably clean hotel providing well decorated and well-equipped rooms. Its location is decent, very close to Stratford and grocery stores, very very nice area. And it's by Housatonic River. The staff is really helpful and the food is savoury. The venue provides enjoyable and superb breakfast...

Staying here was fantastic as it's just a short walk to Boothe Memorial Park and Museum, perfect for a leisurely afternoon. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. This place offers spacious rooms that are perfect.

This hotel was beautiful and conveniently located near great restaurants (Biagio's, Outriggers, and Knapp's Landing). My friend and I stayed there for a girls' getaway, and we loved the facilities. Breakfast was great and we enjoyed eating outside on the beautiful terrace. I have no complaints. We are planning to meet there again next year and bring our husbands!

The pool area was well-maintained, and the fitness center had solid equipment. The warm atmosphere felt perfect for family gatherings.

We had an amazing group vacation with friends! The indoor pool was clean and perfect after a day at Great River Golf Club and Grassy Hill Country Club. The complimentary breakfast was a great start to our mornings, and the evening social with drinks was a nice added bonus. Highly recommend it!

Only downside was the parking, which got a bit crowded at times. It was tricky finding a good spot.
